Once popular vehicles are seen , our experienced staff physically check them .
The outside of the car is important and also the interior the car .
In the event of a car having any problems , the customer is contacted to discuss what action is to be taken next . |
<Stage 1>
-Contact- |
The customer contacts us to tell us what they are looking for.
On the morning of the auction , the customer is sent an email in excel , giving car details such as model , year color , condition with attached photos. |
<Stage 2>
-Your turn- |
After this, the customer replies to the email with their desired buying price.
(later on there are added fees from the agency for more information on this go to the member page) |
<Stage 3>
-Bought vehicles- |
The units are bought at the auction and then double checked by our own transport delivery team. |
<Stage 4>
-Condition- |
Customer confirms A.S.A.P witch shipping carrier they would like to use ,
Where it is going to and how it is done (MAF , Comply , or etc. ) |
<Stage 5>
-Paper work- |
When the payment has been received in full by F.O.B. , C&F or C.I.F. ,
the paper work is delivered to the customer. |
<Stage 6>
-Quick shipping delivery- |
With having over 15 years of a strong relationship with our shipping company ,
a quick delivery is guaranteed. |
<Stage 7>
-Follow-up- |
The customers are contacted to see if they are happy with what they have ordered , and thanked for their custom.
Photographs of themselves and their cars are welcomed.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong , we welcome customers to contact us to solve these problems together. |
